This workshop will cover the muscle groups that are involved in dance, focusing on strengthening and lengthening those heavily used, often abused muscle groups involved in performing.
Rose will demonstrate and take you through exercises and stretches that can be incorporated into your daily routine, class warm ups and drills and of course be used as a pre-performance warm up in the confined space of your dressing room, like restaurant storerooms!
Please bring a yoga mat and any trigger point releasing devices such as physiotherapy balls, rollers etc.
